There are moments in past lives where souls leave pieces of themselves behind. It can happen through trauma, loss, fear, addiction, shock, heartbreak, or overwhelming experiences. Sometimes that left-behind aspect is still stuck in that moment—still experiencing the trauma. Over time, these fragments can ripple through the soul and body almost like a spiritual virus, affecting our emotions, behaviors, health, creativity, relationships, and connection to life in ways we often don’t even realize.

For example, I once found a soul fragment of myself stuck in a 15th-century prison during a lifetime involving religious persecution. (Ahhh… good times.) In present time, I had developed allergies to mold, dampness, straw, and mice. After I did a Soul Retrieval, the allergies disappeared. Why? Because that tiny part of me was no longer experiencing a 15th-century dungeon.
